Millicell® 3.0 (전기 저항 시스템)는 배양액 중 상피 세포의 막 전위와 저항을 안정적으로 측정합니다. 이 장치는 세포 단분자층 상태를 정성적으로 측정하고 세포 밀집도(cell confluence)를 정량적으로 측정합니다. 각 전극 팁에 있는 은/은 클로라이드 (Ag/AgCl) 펠렛이 전압을 측정합니다. 전극의 크기가 작아 미세다공성 막에서 성장한 세포의 경상피 전압과 저항을 쉽게 측정할 수 있습니다.

설명
General description
The Millicell® ERS 3.0 Digital VoltOhmMeter reliably measures membrane potential and resistance of epithelial and endothelial cells in culture. This device qualitatively measures cell monolayer health and cell confluence. An Electroless Nickle Immersion Gold (ENIG) plate on each external facing electrode tip measures voltage. The small size of the electrodes enables easy measurement of transepithelial voltage and the resistance of cells grown on microporous membranes. The MERS03000 comes with the Voltohmmeter, standard adjustable electrode, a Wi-Fi USB dongle, a power cord, a verification device and free 6-month trial subscription to Millicell® Cloud account. Each instrument is battery compatible but can run off only AC wall power in the absence of a battery.
